Launching our Toys Topic
Today saw the launch of our new half term topic 'Toys'. The children enjoyed bringing one of their favourite toys into school and we had a fun afternoon playing with them together!

Making African Kente Cloth
The children learnt about the traditional fabric of Ghana - Kente Cloth. They made a paper version by painting coloured patterns and black stripes. After everything had dried, they wove the black stripes between the coloured patterns - making their own Kente Cloth.
