Year 2 Home Learning Friday 5th March

Hello Year 2!

Today’s work is for Friday, 5th March. When completing tasks, you can either do so electronically (via Microsoft PowerPoint or Word) or by recording work on separate sheets of paper or a notepad.

Reading Books

Please can you bring all of the reading books back into school in a plastic bag on Monday 8th March.

GUIDED READING

Today we are completing our comprehension work on Guided Reading – Africa. We are focusing on RETREIVAL today: Finding the answer in the text.

LITERACY

Please work through this power-point  to continue our work on Lilia and the Secret of the Rain. Today we are using the time adverbials we chose yesterday,  to practise using them to start our sentences.

ED SHED SPELLING

Don’t forget to practise this weeks spelling pattern. Try to use the spelling pattern in your everyday writing.

MATHS
