Ahoy there mateys!
This week we have been practicing being pirates! To start the week the children had to walk the plank into the classroom where they found lots of pirate and mermaid themed activities to get stuck into. The children loved searching for treasure in the sand pits and making their own ‘Walk the plank’ obstacle course.
We enjoyed going for a hunt around the Foundation outdoor area to see what numbers we could find.
And have been doing some super phonics work!
Then at the end of the week we all sat down outside to enjoy our cakes that we had bought in for the MacMillan Coffee Morning. They were very yummy!
