Thank you to all of the parents that have taken the time to bring in their gorgeous pets and introduce them to our Reception classes. The children learnt so much from you all about how to look after pets.
We were very worried when our class dog Sam ran away but we got busy making lost dog posters!
We displayed them around school and were so pleased when Sam was found asleep in the school office.
We were delighted to get him back!
Other pet activities include role play in the vets and dog agility training after watching crufts.
Other learning this week included 3 dimensional shapes . We learnt which shapes stack and which shapes roll.
This model disproved our theory as the boys managed to stack onto the cylinders.
We also managed to fit in some autumn colour mixing and leaf printing.
Wow! No wonder we are ready for half term! Have a lovely break everyone .
