The Gingerbread Man
Inspired by the story of The Gingerbread Man our children have enjoyed acting out the story using their own puppets. They even sewed their own gingerbread hand puppets. We were so impressed with their patience and skill with this task.
This week has included lots of baking both in the mud kitchen outside and yummy gimgerbread men inside. Unfortunately our gingerbread people were a little over baked!
We are delighted with the progress the children are showing in their writing, we have been practising letter formation in handwriting every day. This week we have been using our developing spelling skills to write ‘Run, run as fast as you can.’
