This half term, Year 3 have worked so hard to produce self portraits in the style of Julian Opie. The children began by using a photograph of themselves to trace the outlines of their head and shoulders. They then mixed paint colours carefully to create skin and hair tones to paint their self-portraits. The final touch was to add Opie’s signature black outlines. We think they look amazing!
