We are loving learning through our People Who Help us topic. This week we have been finding out about Doctors and Nurses. The Doctors surgery has been very busy with children writing out prescriptions and caring for each other.

Phoebe’s dad who is a GP came in to talk to us and show us the contents of his doctor’s bag! Thank you Doctor Keogh! 🙂

Our Challenges this week have included experimenting with pipettes and colour mixing, using our knowledge of number bonds to work out how many skittles have been knocked down, and making get well cards for poorly patients.

In Maths this week we have been making repeating patterns, we also used numberlines to help us learn to write our numbers.

This half term in our technology lessons, we are learning to be programmers. We have really enjoyed using the Bee Bots and trying to program them to go through the grids.

Everybody looked amazing with their wacky hair and red costumes for Red Nose Day. Thank you so much for all your donations!

This week in phonics, we have learnt ‘a_e’ as in ‘bake’ and ‘i_e’ as in ‘time’.

Have a lovely weekend everyone! 🙂
