Families

This week we have been talking about our families. We have taken part in lots of activities to do with families including painting / drawing portraits, making pebble families, using tweezers to create different families using little people. We have also enjoyed lots of stories and information books about different kinds of families. We have learnt that all families are different but that they are all special. It has been lovely sharing photos of our families, thank you for sending them in 🙂

We have started our phonics sessions this week. So far, children have learnt the sounds m, a, s, d.

Next week our theme is pirates and mermaids. Please send your child to school dressed as a pirate or mermaid on Friday 7th Oct! Thank you.
