Tuesday 19th November – the day the snow came!
The children had a wonderful time this morning starting the day by playing in the snow. There was some great teamwork as the children rolled up big snow balls or made their own snowmen.
Following this, we spent the afternoon in the snow for our forest school session. Children used natural resources, in addition to some berries that were provided, to create their own ‘cave art’. We then enjoyed some warm squash and a fruit stew sat around the fire to warm up.
