Penguins

We have ben learning all about penguins and the Antarctic.

We compared the Antarctic to West Bridgford and decided that West Bridgford was  a better place to live.

We learnt about the features of a penguin.

We made some lovely penguin shape pictures and talked about the shapes we have used.

We did some snowball maths to see how many snowballs we could get into the numbered buckets.

We did an ice experiment to save the penguin from the ice cube. We used salt, warm water, a hair dryer and a hammer to

set the penguin free.

We did some printing, painting with different texture paint and collage pictures to decorate our snow den.
