The Children enjoyed learning about how the Police help people to stay safe.
They loved learning about the different equipment they use and the uniforms they wear.
The visit from the Police taught the children so much.
For World Book Day we loved the book “The Princess and the Wizard ” by Julia Donaldson.
We all wrote labels for our magic potions .
We loved making the magic potions with coloured water, vinegar , environmentally friendly glitter and bicarbonate of soda. It was exciting to watch the potions fizz and bubble. We also learnt from mixing the colours that blue and yellow make green and red and blue make purple.
On world Book Day we loved listening to stories from Mike the storyteller. He made us laugh and smile.
Here are some pictures from P.E where we learnt and performed a dance and Forest Schools where we identified trees, did bark rubbings and cheered up the Fairy Queen by making her jewellery and cake.
