Year 6 have found our WW2 topic fascinating so far: there have been so many facts and figures that have blown us away. We have many more lessons to come before the end of the topic, but we enjoyed immersing ourselves even further into the subject by visiting Beaumanor Hall today. Dressed as evacuees, we headed off to the countryside where we experienced what rationing was like and even had to shelter from an air raid!
