The Year 1 children have done some fantastic art this half term. They looked at the art work of Georgia O’Keeffe which inspired their large, colourful flowers and then they looked closely at daffodils and plants whilst sketching and painting them. The children painted with water colours and also mixed paint carefully to create the exact colours needed for their plants. Our classrooms look amazing with all their beautiful art work!
