The staff and volunteers at St. Luke’s Church were very welcoming. The children heard the start of the Easter story and then learnt about 6 parts of Easter, each one spelling out the word EASTER. We learnt about the Entry to Jerusalem, the Anointing of Jesus’ feet, the last Supper (we enjoyed some bread and wine (fruit juice)), the Tears and Troubles in the garden of Gethsemane, the Execution and the happy ending the Resurrection. Thank you to our parent helpers who helped us get to and from the Church safely.
