Today, to launch Anti-Bullying Week, children across school ‘buddied up’ to get to know somebody new, from a different class. So, 4A and 2LT buddied up! It was so lovely for both Mrs Avery and Mrs Lever to listen to the happy chatter across the classroom as the children learnt their buddy’s name and some of their interests! We were so proud of everybody’s super listening and their confidence when telling others about themselves. We were also so impressed that all of the children were able to pass the ‘What’s Your Buddy’s Name?’ Challenge, as we know it can be tricky to remember names when we first meet people!
Well done 4A and 2LT, you are all superstars and we hope that you will continue to say ‘hello’ and check in with your buddy at playtimes, when you see them. 🙂
