Reception Art Autumn 2
This half term we have been celebrating Diwali and have made Diva lamps out of salt dough. We created some transient art firework pictures and sorted materials into shiny and not shiny.

What a busy Autumn Term 2 we had!
Last Last half term we enjoyed learning about Penguins, Polar bears, Diwali and Christmas. We have conducted ice experiments - melting ice to free the penguins trapped inside as well as learning about blubber and how it keeps animals warm. Snow Day in Reception!
The first snow of 2024-2025 was met with joy in Reception. We dressed in hats, gloves, coats and scarves and rushed outside. The children enjoyed making snow angels, snowballs and snowmen!
